Cockwomble Release ‘Guns Of Brixton’ Lockdown Cover

Cockwomble have released their lockdown cover of ‘Guns Of Brixton‘, a track that originally appeared on The Clash‘s 1979 album ‘London Calling‘. Cockwomble have been described as joyous, furious, bitingly sarcastic, probably treasonable, but with dripping melodies, sharp riffs, hook-laden and super catchy whilst full of black humour. They sound like all your favourite bands from when you were young that eventually broke up because they weren’t successful enough and all hated each other. ‘Guns Of Brixton‘ is the first new material from Cockwomble since the release of their 2019 eponymous debut album that can be purchased here You can stream ‘Guns Of Brixton‘ via YouTube below
