Minneapolis-based multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and producer Circuit Faker, aka Taylor Nelson, recently released his new track, “Saturn,” the second single from his upcoming debut album, CIRCUMVOLVE. Following the album’s first single, the dynamic “Ocular Therapy,” “Saturn” functions as a sonic palette cleanser, with its downtempo, almost chill feel of soft rolling chords and a pulsating bassline. Circuit Faker explains, “‘Saturn,’ to me, is the feeling of laying on your back as clouds roll overhead and letting your mind wander for a minute.” Stylistically lush, Circuit Faker’s sound pulls from various electronic genres, including elements of electronica, house, and alternative dance, merged into layers of immersive, euphoria-inducing music.
