Circle Jerks and Descendents have covered a few of each other’s classic songs for a new split 7″ that’s out now via Trust Records. Descendents take on Circle Jerks’ “Red Tape,” “I Just Want Some Skank,” and “Beverly Hills,” while Circle Jerks take on Descendents “Kabuki Girl” and “Hope.” The split is only available on vinyl, but they did make a funny vintage-style commercial called “YOU GOT YOUR DESCENDENTS IN MY CIRCLE JERKS” that stars Milo Aukerman, Keith Morris, rock photographer Edward Colver, skateboarder Steve Olson, Ian Svenonius, and more, and gives a little sneak peak of the split.
