Chris Cornell’s Daughter Donates $20,000 to Charity From Nothing Compares 2 U Cover

Late Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell and daughter Toni recorded a cover of Prince and Sinead O’Connor’s Nothing Compares 2 U when she was 12, which Toni shared on Father’s Day 2018. Toni posted a photo of herself as a toddler with her dad to Instagram today with a heartfelt caption. “Nothing compares to you daddy…” she wrote. “I will keep the promise and always speak out for those who do not have a voice. Today I’m donating $20,000 from the proceeds of our cover of Nothing Compares 2 U to the IRC.” “I’m proud and honored to continue your legacy,” she added. “I love you. I miss you.” View ...
