Denver hardcore punks Candy Apple have announced their sophomore album, Comatose, due May 17 via Convulse Records (pre-order). The album was recorded by Jack Oberkirsch and then mixed & mastered by Will Killingsworth, and Destiny Bond‘s Cloe Madonna Janzen appears on opening track “Paralyzed.” That song and the next two tracks (“Pull the Plug” and “Heaven’s Gate) are out now, and all three of them also feature in a 25-minute short film called Total Control, which is also out now.
