Better Than The Book Reveal Third Album “Side Character In My Own Life”

​After over five years, a global pandemic, cancelled live shows and still no gigs, two computer breakdowns, a studio move and a handful of hospital visits, Burgess Hill, UK’s Better Than The Book is back with it’s third full length album, Side Character In My Own Life, that is now available on CD and vinyl here and digitally via Bandcamp and streaming platforms. The album follows directly on from where 2020’s Hopes & Dreams album left off, although it takes a darker more aggressive tone reflective of the writing process taking place during those intense pandemic years.
