DARKESTRAH are a black metal band that have been active since 1999 and are based out of Germany. DARKESTRAH pull inspiration from their home country of Kyrgyzstan and are coming off the heels of their newest release Chong-Aryk. The record showcases the band’s unique use of traditional instruments. Chong-Aryk puts forth an unsettling feeling, while melodic is overcast with a shadowing experience.
