Edmonton, Alberta’s folk-punk quartet Audio/Rocketry have finished recording what will become their fifth studio album. Recorded with Jesse Gander at OCL Studios in Langdon, AB, the as-yet-unamed album follows their 2016 Self Titled release. The album was recorded over nine days and will be mixed in May, at which point plans for the official release will be determined. Written during the course of the Covid-19 pandemic, the album was written remotely. Frontman Joe Vickers explained saying: Over the past two years, we wrote these songs remotely, utilizing video chat and a dropbox folder of voice memos, lyrics docs and home recordings.
