Rob Zombie releases his seventh solo album on March 12, via Nuclear Blast Records. Knowing Zombie and team, I’m sure everyone was a little bummed that they weren’t able to huddle with the Elementals to get a Friday the 13th, release date, but even they don’t want to fuck with the Powers That Be too much. The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy is classic Zombie 80s demonic metal, filled with your grandmother clutching her pearls and crossing herself. In a “Zombie Interviews Zombie” animation to promote the album, Shari Moon asks Rob to explain the album and its title. The interview is darling but provides very little clarity to the listener.
