Albany, NY’s Postage are four friends from area bands (After the Fall, Signal Lost, Male Patterns) to write a killer album that is quick and to the point. They dart out of the gates after a quick guitar intro, and don’t stop for the next 16 minutes. They pack a ton of punch into a short amount of time. The ten songs on the album average under two minutes. While not much longer than a round trip ride to the local gas station, this album leaves a lasting memory. Postage have a sound that a lot of bands attempt, but few pull off well. They have a bouncy yet gruff punk sound. It’s a heavier brand of pop punk with verses that are as memorable as the choruses.
