Album Review: Black Suit Youth – ‘The World is Almost Over’

If you’re going to write an album about the impending doom of civilization and the fallibility of the human race, you might as well do it with a tenacious collection of rowdy punk rock anthems. That at least is the view of Black Suit Youth on their fifth studio full-length record, The World is Almost Over, out now on 59 X Records. “Raised By Wolves” opens proceedings with hard rock guitars, 80’s rock vibes and the gnarly vocals of Bryan Maher.
