Album Review: Billy Talent – Crisis of Faith

Billy Talent are an underrated band, which may sound odd considering that they have been a successful band since 1993 (with the same basic line up, minus a fill in when needed) that has sold more than 3 million albums worldwide in their career. I find that I am the one that underrates them, as I have enjoyed them casually ever since hearing “Try Honesty” on the radio. I always enjoyed their mixture of hard rock and punk, tied together with Benjamin Kowalewicz’s easily recognizable voice, but I never gave them the listens that they deserved. Crisis of Faith is further proof that I’m wrong because they deserve much more than a casual listen. Billy Talent have a recognizable sound.
