Anyone can make a bad music video. There are thousands out there that are poorly shot, fail to make much sense or even worse, they’re dull and forgettable. But to make a video that’s so bad that it comes around to the other side and ends up being sort of amazing? That takes a special kind of genius. Sometimes they tread a fine line. Take Ashley Purdy’s new vid for King For A Day, which has been setting the internet ablaze (well, the Kerrang! office and the #PurdyPosse, anyway) with its fantasy-themed shenanigans. Is it awful, awesome or a bit of both?
