After an interminable, seemingly endless wait we’re finally getting a new Tool album, with the follow up to 2006’s 10,000 Days dropping on August 30 and ending the drought. However, while their fanbase have long suffered in their drawn out hopes for new material they are not alone, and there are a number of other bands out there that we’d like to hear more from.
