Last time V13 crossed paths with singer-songwriter James Bay, he was performing a select few intimate gigs ahead of the release of his new album Changes All The Time. Now, while the venues on that run may have been cozier, the fact that they were packed to the rafters and the album saw him collaborate with the likes of The Lumineers and Noah Kahan should dispel any doubts that Bay’s profile is still going through the roof.
