Any chance to see Long Island melodic hardcore pioneers Silent Majority live in this day and age is very rare and very worth taking advantage of, as we last witnessed at Brooklyn Monarch last December, so it’s very good news that they just announced an LI show for March 8, 2025 at Amityville Music Hall. Direct support comes from “a very special guest” that gets announced when the show sells out (who could it be?), and the bill also features a 30th anniversary set from Kill Your Idols, and two newer local bands that take clear influence from Silent Majority, Stand Still and Ten Years Out. Tickets go on sale Tuesday (12/10) at noon and you probably wanna act quick. See the flyer for the show and watch a video of last year’s Brooklyn show below. Read our review here.
