Mantra is the latest single to be lifted from Skinny Lister‘s upcoming album, Shanty Punk, that is due out on the 20th October via Xtra Mile Recordings, that is bright and beatific in its message, and set to a tune simply born for a good old fashioned barn dance. Sat amongst typically more driving and stomping tracks of the album, Mantra offers a welcome moment of reflection and is intended to bring a slightly different flavour to proceedings.
