The next single in Two Year Break​’s dystopian chapter is here. Entitled Listen Up, the track follows July banger Don’t Bring Me Down, and the band describe it as being ​“angrier, heavier and builds to a crazy breakdown that wouldn’t be out of place in a cinematic fight scene”. “Lyrically Listen Up is a rallying call,” they say. ​“As with previous singles its lyrical meaning is up for interpretation, but if Don’t Bring Me Down was about the frustration of toxicity, Listen Up is the wake-up call to do something about it. “When you reach the realisation of toxicity in a relationship, friendship or even leadership, it can be a challenge to build up the courage to do something about it.
