Pittsburgh rock group Limousine Beach are sharing their retro new video, “Airboat,” premiering right here at New Noise. The band are fronted by singer and guitarist Dave Wheeler, acting as a new guise after fronting groups like Outsideinside and Carousel. The group initially formed in Pittsburg in spring 2018, joined by three members of the metal band Cruces (with guitarist Evan Mitchell, bassist Dan Hernandez, and drummer Dan Bhutta) and guitarist Jason Sichi of Fist Fight in the Parking Lot. The group collectively combine forces to show off their proto-glam guitar play, harkening to bands like Kiss, The Sweet, and Thin Lizzy to deliver a swaggering rock excess for the new era.
