Minneapolis emo/post-hardcore supergroup Dead History – featuring members of late 90s punk/hardcore bands – have announced their debut self-titled album, out June 11 via Landland Colportage. Dead History’s sound pays homage to the likes of Quicksand, Texas is the Reason, Hum, Far, Swervedriver and Sparkmarker, with a band comprised of musicians who grew up isolated in mid-sized towns, and embraced the vibrant DIY scenes that spawned from their home towns.
